We are a locally owned and managed therapy company. Our focus has remained on providing quality, cutting-edge therapy to the geriatric population for more than 25 years. Husband and wife team, Randy and Jill Bricco have brought together a group of highly skilled and compassionate physical, occupational and speech therapists with a single goal – help patients return to normal activities as soon as possible.
Our staff consists of a strong, cohesive group of therapists who are dedicated to Valley-Bay Therapy and the services we provide to the Fox-Valley and surrounding areas. Valley-Bay prides itself on constant improvement and growth. Our therapists practice innovative, evidence-based techniques and utilize the most advanced modalities available. Our clinical superiority gives us the advantage of maintaining a consistent therapy staff, allowing us to provide fully staffed departments dedicated to a facility. Each program is built in accordance with the client’s individual needs.

Donna, SLP
We are fortunate enough to say that Donna has been with Valley-Bay Therapy for 17 years! She is an absolutely outstanding Speech and Language Pathologist with a Master’s Degree from UW Madison and certification in deep pharyngeal neuromuscular stimulation (DPNS). Donna enjoys working for VBT because she appreciates the small company atmosphere; she also trusts in Valley-Bay Therapy because they are “an ethical company, allowing me to treat patients according to their needs.”
Donna couldn’t imagine doing anything besides being a speech therapist. She adores seeing patients achieve their goals. Her favorite patient success is when a client comes in to her with a feeding tube, and after therapy with her, can eat normally.
Donna believes the best thing you can do in the field is never stop learning as much as possible from the people around you.
