We are a locally owned and managed therapy company specializing in geriatric rehabilitation for 25 years. Husband and wife team, Randy and Jill Bricco have brought together a group of highly skilled and compassionate physical, occupational and speech therapists with a single goal – help patients return to normal activities as soon as possible.

Our staff consists of a strong cohesive group of therapists who are dedicated to Valley-Bay Therapy and the services we provide to the Fox-Valley and surrounding areas. This gives us the advantage of maintaining a consistent therapy staff, allowing us to provide fully staffed departments dedicated to a facility.
